The problems were almost always solved within a few hours (usually instantly).

I definitely feel that continued development of Innovint, where they are quite responsive with user feedback, will push the software to the top of the pack. Good to have Innovint on the cloud.

The limitation for Apple users on the phone app is a drawback as not all employees have this type of device.

The functionality and the ability for them to alter the system to the needs of the winery is fantastic. Looks like a mac but functions like a PC.

The way each category is broken down and the various reporting options are fantastic. The visual interpretations of each wine lot is also a fun feature that helps make quick assessments of each lot.
