Retention management is a fantastic tool. The way that this product assists to improve communication between the field and office users.

It is stable and they are not changing it for the sake of changing.

Love how it incorporates every aspect of the jobs and quoting necessary to run a trades business and scale up.

The ease of import from drawing take off to Quote to Scheduling the job makes this the easiest software  for all levels of users.

Very easy to use and very realiable. Reporting allows you to see weekly revenues with ease.

It's easy to use office and field, customer service is excellent and well priced. Product is easy enough to use once you are trained.

Aroflo is a good all round package it can be simple or powerful dependoing on how much time you have to set it up and use it. We find it great and are only using aprox 50 % of it at a guess.

New PO billing is a waste of time for us and we should be able to opt out but it makes us go through this process that we don't need.

Aroflo customer support has been amazing in helping implement the program and there ongoing support is invaluable.

Quite good and makes my jobs a lot smoother and quicker.

I also love how we can load up documents, make templates, add predescriptions, keep track of our inventory and see marketing reports, invoice and take payments through just this one system.

I have been using Aroflo for over 4 years, with a great deal of success. Scheduling using periodic tasks has been a life saver.

It fits most of our requirements, and it is quite good from a project management perspective. The Purchase order module has increased our productivity significantly, and has reduced miscommunications.

The customer service team is very responsive to questions and queries, and most of them will try to find a workaround to achieve what you need to for your business.

This product is evolving constantly, with excellent upgrades which does not cost the consumer. Overall very happy with the product and what information can be collated.

The only problem we have is with the searching. It has gradually got worse over the year.

I dislike the lack of communication with other online products our business uses.

Easy to use, set up and support has been excellent,  lots of training included.

I like the integration of service job creation and allocation, with spare parts inventory control, job status monitoring and finally invoicing.

When a purchase order goes wrong, it is hard to get it back into the system.

Email integration is shaky and doesn't always send/receive. Recommended/requested improvements or reported errors are not often attended to.

Excellent Help and Support. Very intuitive and functionally rich features and good User Interface.

Aroflo is easy to use, training was great videos and manual are comprehensive and  support is amazing.

The tech support has been great. Software is very reliable and you can upload photos from your phone and other devices at any time do you have Internet.

Great workflow management tool, with very responsive and helpful customer service.

No refunds if Aroflo doesn't meet your requirements, Aroflo will say this is due to high training costs. No option to trial Aroflo, in hindsight this should ring alarm bells.

There are a couple of things that we love about this product. The ease of operation and great tech support.

I like that the software will work seamlessly with different types of electronic media, pdf or AutoCAD for example.

I like that you have many ways of achieving your goal of establishing the necessary Quantities.

My overall experience has been great. The software has allowed us to land more jobs, eliminate mistakes, and grow our profit margins.

Sometimes, it's difficult to figure out how to do specific tasks.

Input of data lines and contours is confusing. Importing drawings is cumbersome.

Line tracking is is a good feature. Data input screens are well-thought-out, and graphics seem to be pretty good.

They take the time to understand my take-off requirements and offer solutions.

My favorite part is being able to use the digitizer on PDF plans instead of paper.

The ability to be able to import from PDF or CAD. The great tech support provided by Roctek.

We submitted our proposal with an alternate and take-off backup, reducing the overall cut and fill, and import costs considerably.

It's a very straightforward program to use. Great customer service, staff are easy to reach and very knowledgeable.

King's Excavation and Dirt Works does a lot of cut & fill projects in Hawaii. By using ROCTEK's WinEx Master, I cut my time in half.

Having confidence in our take-off's allowed us to go to the client with this project savings and ultimately helped us win the bid. The technical support has been an incredible help.

There's no instruction manual with the program.

Very easy to use and adapt to after using a couple times. The Roctek (Winex Grade) team is extremely good at what they do and very helpful.

Amazing just amazing, from everything they do from top to bottom they will work with you and help you and bend over backwards to satisfy you.

There are built in features that make previously difficult tasks easier (Alt Plan).

Being new to estimating this program is easy to use and customer service is top notch. Great features fpr the price point.

Visually it helps with the 3-D Viewer and I like that I can print Graphics Forms of the Estimate that I can include with my Bid Proposal.

Customer support has easily been the best feature of the product.

I do a lot of my take-off's after hours, so most of the time, its just support getting back to me very promptly with a few pointers to help me work more effectively.

The software is easy to use and the customer service is really good.

The product is relatively simple to use, and gives great information. There's a couple of work arounds that i forget from time to time, but i'm sure future releases will solve those work arounds.

Roctek’s WinEx Grade is a quantity takeoff and analysis tool. This solution allows you to take a PDF or other supported image formats and import PDF linework, import CAD linework, or use assisted-drawing tools to enter linework in order to describe the existing site, adjustments to the existing site, the proposed site, and adjustments to the proposed site. Once entered or imported the user can get lengths, square footages, and volumes for grading, site materials, and other common sitework items. Additionally, it provides tools to ensure the site is behaving as expected and further tools for value engineering.
