- From the initial meeting to resulting the appointment to following up, this is the best CRM you could ask for. The customizable tasks and automated management make following up an absolute breeze.
- We tailored the software to my specific needs so 10/10 guys you can’t go wrong.
Cons
- The only things missing are the things they’re already developing such as google calendar integration, additional email and communication features, and zappier integrations.
- Some of our team members had a hard time learning how to use the system, switching over, and accessing the mobile app.
Pros
- This system is very friendly visually and functionality.
- The best part about the software is the fact that it is web based and very user friendly. We use it on every device from phones to desk tops seamlessly.
Cons
- The only feature that makes things a little trickier is toggling back and forth between the clipboard and the drop downs get a little confusing on where crews and job s are.
- Such as using my keyboard to copy and delete resources that i now have to drag back and forth. It's very possible I'm not using this software to its full potential as there is more to learn.
