- From the initial meeting to resulting the appointment to following up, this is the best CRM you could ask for. The customizable tasks and automated management make following up an absolute breeze.
- We tailored the software to my specific needs so 10/10 guys you can’t go wrong.
Cons
- The only things missing are the things they’re already developing such as google calendar integration, additional email and communication features, and zappier integrations.
- Some of our team members had a hard time learning how to use the system, switching over, and accessing the mobile app.
Pros
- We are already seeing a return on our investment in better tracking and reporting of employee hours, along with saving time in processing payroll from our prior vendor.
- Integration was very user friendly and the staff was great helping us to get up and going. The biggest pro of WorkMax is the bottom line.
Cons
- We had a very difficult time getting it up and running with our group. We ended up having to drop them and move on to another time tracking system.
- I would say the permission set up is a little repetitive and clunky, but that could be in the structure of our company and not the software.
