One of the better attributes of this software would be the ease of use. There is an easy learning curve meaning mastering the software would be an attainable goal.

Its easy to use as a supplier and easy to find what you are looking for. I also like to see when the builder completes the orders.

Most of the issues are fixed via Customer Support since I do not have full access as an Admin.

The integration of Supply Pro and Build Pro is a solid idea and has been executed well. When used the scheduling was very helpful in training new PMs.

It seems to work well for our GC and they apparently like the ability to make payments to their subs and vendors through this software, if they choose.

I really like that I can see all upcoming jobs for scheduling through payment. It is very inclusive of all the information I need to do our work for our Builder.

Have been using it for many years, and love the ease of the system, the notifications via email when new orders come, and love getting paid ontime.

This prorgam, in my opinion, is great for builders who are doing only 200 or fewer homes a year.

As a 3rd party inspector, it was a seamless transition to start using Hyphen's Buildpro system and integrate it with our current system.

I've run into some technical issues with using the buildpro app in areas with poor cell reception.

There is no way to print a calendar after scheduling each home.

It covers a large amount of info and has a lot of ability to track everything. Wish it integrated with supply pro a bit easier.

It has been a great tool for our builders and we are working on using the Warranty Module so that we can reap the benefits on the customer service side. It is a great tool for homebuilding companies.

Struggle with getting IBSWIN/BuildPro communication flow.

A good comprehensive software for supply chain management. My team tried out this software and although we elected to go a different route, we would have been successful going with this software.

Also many of our PMs had troubles with changes not being made while offline. Had trouble scheduling while working on Condo/Apartment projects.

It is hard for me to grasp the scheduling tools.

Very easy to navigate through the system to see jobs. Some of the reports are excellent, very easy to pull up PO's see job status.

As our trade partners come to trust our scheduling and communication through BuildPro, they gain more faith in us as a builder.

To do pay applications was hard. It had so many things that just didn't apply to our business and it was hard.

Program is very detailed, but once you learn it, it is very user friendly. There are a lot of benefits we do not utilize.

The daily functions are great to use, and I caught on quickly. I am not so impressed with the month end reporting.

What I love about this, is you can actually monitor your projects in terms of budgeting, tracking your workflow. It's conveniently easy to use.

It has a great features in accounting system, good in tracking bills and expenses and I recommend to use who have a small or big business.

Doing projected final costs and tracking a construction budget were a breeze with Computer Ease.

A very efficient job costing solution. Very useful on job scheduling.

Workflows are great for frequent operations. Good module interface between modules.

They take care of their customers and the support is second to none. The ComputerEase reports are fantastic and easy to learn.

Costumer support is terrible. Templates are sloppy and unprofessional and clunky to use, so all need to be recreated by the company using them.

Not user friendly, does not work with any other programs, will not live 2 way integrate with other software packages.

Great integration and functionality. From bidding to billing and everything in between this program has it all.

It can be difficult to find the information you are looking for.

It is also so good in accounting system according on their works.

IT is very easy to navigate. I love how quick it opens and closes and how reports are also generated very quickly.

I enjoy expense ease more than our last software which was sage. I like being able to use the software when not in the office.

In payroll in the sick time accruals there is an item maximum hours per year, you can enter a number but it does not warn you if they go over.

Hands down, the support is what I like best. They respond almost immediately and are very friendly.

The software has the perfect reports already in the reports section through too. LOVE that it imports into EXCEL and Emails directly from Computer Ease.

The reports that we are able to produce are amazing from tax reporting, payroll, accounts payable/receiveable, cost control, and document control. The software has saved our company time and money.

Having everything integrated is the key for us. It really helps us get a better picture of our business overall instead of waiting until the end of the year to see how we did.

Computer Ease helps me keep track of the many facets of our construction company. The customer support is fantastic and very timely with their help.

The service module is terrible. It has been a while since any substantial updates.

All construction accounting/job costing software has weaknesses. ComputerEase has far less weaknesses than any of the others I've used.

I get knocked off with a lost connection at least twice a day.

The ease of use and the correlation of all the information into one software. The accounting process is easy to use.

Though we don’t frequently need them, customer support is always very responsive, and all issues are quickly resolved.

This one is a definite stand out. Great customer support, great documentation and a freephone number.

What i like the most is it gave me opportunity to study angain and learn more according what i want course.

We also use their new bar code system along with CELive to track up to the minute location of our equipment. Great support, I love our trainer, she knows her stuff.

I didn't need to integrate software. It was also easy to setup on any and all of my devices.
