  • Pros

  • I love the simplicity and the training videos to help you along. The versatility is amazing.

  • Our business a step above the competition and my team Love the program and has really made amazing. good job for the whole team!

  • Cons

  • On the homeowners side there is not currently a search bar and it makes it hard for homeowners to find specific information. Other than that its really a great software.

  • There are some minor technical glitches, but nothing major, and the customer service team has been great.

  • Pros

  • Love everything about this program. It has everything I need to build a call and send to specific employees. It allows me to help keep track of what I’ve done on each job

  • I love how easy my follow up tab is and all of the ways that I can sort through customers and jobs.

  • Cons

  • The cost is a bit high, but a necessary evil. Reasonable value for the price. Constantly evolving so this makes a up a bit for the price

  • I wish it was more Sales friendly for the salesmen at my company and measuring their numbers. But as the name states, Service Titan is great for that all on the service/install end.
