Great scheduling software. We like the accessibility of the schedules, form any of our people in the field, or the office.

I signed on just for the scheduling but quickly realized the communication function is a true blessing and the scheduling is fast and easy.

We went from Planswift to Takeoff Live because it was cheaper and we don't use the estimating side off planswift. However we find Takeoff live awkward to use and have gone back to planswift.

I can take off 4 projects with this software vs. my previous takeoff procedure. And thank you to Dee for being so involved and responsive regarding his product.

Being one of the original purchasers of E Job Cost I saw the growth of this product from the beginning. It has always been reliable and useful in doing take offs from plan sets.

With a spread sheet with items not identified. Cumulative takeoff is very awkward.

Takeoff Live is a takeoff and estimating solution designed for businesses of all sizes. It offers project estimating, audit management, plan design and vendor quotes management within a suite. The product is available on-premise and runs on Windows and Mac operating systems.


Takeoff Live allows users to upload plan files in different formats, such as PDF, TIFF and images. Once uploaded, users can estimate areas and linear distances in both metric as well as imperial standards.
