Pros
- Program is very detailed, but once you learn it, it is very user friendly. There are a lot of benefits we do not utilize.
- The daily functions are great to use, and I caught on quickly. I am not so impressed with the month end reporting.
Cons
- To do pay applications was hard. It had so many things that just didn't apply to our business and it was hard.
- Costumer support is terrible. Templates are sloppy and unprofessional and clunky to use, so all need to be recreated by the company using them.
Pros
- You can manage all your job costs in this software and it has a great integration with QuickBooks Online. It is very easy to use and provides a lot of project management functionality.
- It is an all in one project correspondence to customer, accounting, subcontractors, and suppliers. I like its user friendly built and its professional look on their templates.
Cons
- It takes us about 30 minutes to set up a project and it's really inefficient (and frustrating) the way it is set up now.
- Too convoluted; no local support; no real training other than videos, subs didn't respond, not for people who don't like computers (my superintendents are very old school).
