Having to manually count when symbols are of a poor quality. If the wrong symbols were hi-lighted on the check sheets for the symbols would make the evaluation  easier.

Autocount is somewhat unreliable so have to check very closely for any missed items, this however does not take long.

The search criteria can be saved and used again this saves even more time. Value for money due to time saved.

The ease and simplicity of the program. The program  half's the take off time especially on larger projects.

It’s brilliant, simple and easy to use. The wholesalers love me because the take off is easy to read.

Another feature I like is that you can also remove the backgrounds, which is a great help.

The ease of integration, no software to install locally.

The system is very easy to use which makes the familiarisation process quire easy.

End report is easy to read and in excel so that you can implement it in any solution you already have.

Price is on the high side. App can start to struggle when dealing with massive PDFs with lots of symbols.

With any new software you have to familiarise yourself with the peculiarities of the system and work with it to get the best from it which is what we have found with Countfire.

Rapid counting ability and accuracy - across multiple drawings.

The product is very easy to use with excellent customer support if required and lots of tutorials if needed.

There is no automatic scale set or you cant measure say a doorway and tell countfire it should be 0.8m and it calculates the scale.

Missing some little features but these is always around them...just need to ask.

The team is great at holding your hand and making sure that you understand the software. I love that they even do screen recording so that you can reference later.

I was beyond irritated at that point. We paid for a setup and we have to do the file conversions too.

We continue to have technical problems and are unable to login. This is causing major problems for our dispatchers.

The entire staff is understanding to our needs and quickly recommends the best way to use the software to best benefit our needs.

The software is very user friendly and integrates with Quickbooks very well.

Not mobile friendly for the office side, terrible tech support, unable to import data from Housecall Pro, price is higher than other systems and doesn't offer anything special.

We have saved  money, less paper, less toner, employees have more time work due to not having to fill out paper invoices, not having to scan invoices or mail them out.

The program is very  user friendly as is the onboarding process. Easy navigation within both the mobile version for our field technicians and also within the office user license on the admin side.

All in all, it is a great tool that can be as simple or complex as you want it to be.

Again only thing I disliked was crashing during mobile.

They have a good thing going, but really need to work on service interruptions, along with better training of tech support.

I like the amount of options the overall program offers; such as tracking call sources, maintenance agreement tracking, installation/equipment tracking, general layout of the software itself.

Like that I can keep better track of profitability on individual projects.

We most liked the scheduling aspect of the software as well as the integration with Quickbooks.

The Reps are very friendly and knowledgeable and super quick to respond. Each user can customize their settings to maximize the ease of use.

You cannot click on a time slot in the dispatch board to initiate a scheduled work order/job. When you e-mail a quote to a customer the customer has no way of approving that work order.

Everything takes 20 extra steps to complete support is useless techs hate it information is lost connection with quickbooks is a major issue. WHAT YOU ARE SOLD IS NOT WHAT YOU GET.

I only had a couple problems with uploading a ticket but FieldEdge was able to assist with correcting immediately.
