Overall everything you might want in a system is already there. The few things needed to customize it for your company can usually get done. Our foremen, who may not have much computer experience out in the field, have easily gotten accustomed to it as well. Cons: It is not very accounting friendly. Cannot create credit memos, cannot adjust previous billings, etc. Also our team cannot be scheduled through the app because they need a certain status, and each one is a paid account. I feel we pay way more than enough for our team to be able to be scheduled and see the address where they're going. Cons: The mobile app is not clean at all. Needs a lot of work. I also do not like how I have to do the extra leg work in order to see the real time cost of the project. I wish there was also a way for the program to pull the cost codes from my imported estimate into which cost codes are displayed in the project. it takes a long time to get the cost codes entered for a large project.
