Pros
- The easy navigation is my favorite part compared to some of the competitors I used before. Hands on help to learn how it works is a great feature too.
- I love all the integrations and capabilities. Originally I got Hubspot to help with a chat bubble on my website.
Cons
- I cancelled because my bill got higher monthly , and we used it less. They turned my service back on and charged my company for 3 months of service upfront as a cancellation fee.
- It's an intimidating and scary as I don't want to mess anything up. The only other hiccup is merging contacts automatically is challenging.
Pros
- It is easy to start using the kickserv system, especially since they have such a phenomenal support staff.
- The help desk is super responsive. The software is really quite intuitive, and the time to get it up and running with the help desk's help is only a few days.
Cons
- Doing invoices, when you forget to select the purpose of the job (Labor, material, etc) you end up losing the information and then you have to go back to notes to put it back in.
- Once a contact is in, I can't edit the contact information, which is a pain when we have multiple customers from the same overall client company.
