My favorite is the Project Control screen. From there, our project managers can drill down and get all the information they need in one quick and easy place.

Support has been very good to us. I would definitely recommend the person that is the main administrator of the program to attend at least one if not more of the Jonas conferences.

Jonas is a very powerful program. It is able to perform all accounting functions you would want it to and is very customization to your needs.

Plus, like I mentioned previously, their support team is great. The team is very quick and knowledgeable when it comes to fixing problems.

Jonas is an all encompassing financial/costing system. With total integration of each module, there is very little that can go wrong.

Inability to access some fields for custom reports. Some built in reports are poorly implemented.

As a person that deals with outside customers, it's ridiculous not to  be able to see what is in my pickable warehouse at the first glance. The cost of an item isn't connected to the PO.

We paid for add on modules that were never installed or followed up on, the training was inadequate, and the support was horrible.

The product is easy to use and support is always able to help out when necessary as well as the trainers involved with each system. Integration with our existing business processes has been easy.

This is a great all-in-one software for our industry.

PO system does not work like they told us it does. We can't put in a full invoice number from our vendors because of the character limit.

Many ideas are suggested and then implemented within a year (if they are truly useful). The customer support is always there and everyone does their best to rectify any issues.

Easy to review all quotes and confirmed business for accounts. Easy to navigate through, searching for information is somewhat easy.

Great flexibility once you learn how to use it.

I found it difficult to determine which reports would produce the information I was seeking. With time I have learned which reports and options provide the information I need.

We also have improved data entry with payroll due to upload capability from Field Time and eMobile.

It isn't the most effective user friendly software, but at the same time it definitely is not the worse; It is worth giving this software a shot. The more you use it, the easier and better it is.

Job costing module, especially for gross profit analysis. This is very robust module, and works amazing to analyze on a company basis  or at a job level basis.
