- There are a ton of options for customization and it's super easy to use once you know how each form works. The grids are amazing and the reporting options are great for customization.
- The functions are pretty easy to figure out and understand. The Clearview resource that comes with Viewpoint is an amazing source of information regarding functionality and capabilities.
Cons
- VERY difficult to learn and get used to the dynamics.
- The integration was very poorly done, and we are still experiencing problems related to poor set-up over a year later even though we paid thousands and thousands of dollars for Viewpoint specialists.
