We've won projects simply because they were listed on PlanHub. Theres no feed back at all GC to build from. Or even know who was awarded the project. It could very well be user error, so my rating is based on my experience. Im a small shop that does bidding and still have my bags on as well. The time providing bids on here end up being wasted. My advice for anyone starting out would be to reach out to local contractors instead and try to develop a network that way. I’ve managed to stay busy that way. I paid for the year plan so will continue to give it shot. As of now I'll definitely not be renewing plan.
