Pros/Cons
Pros
- What i like the most is Quickbooks has an easy to use, user interface. Great for beginners." Quickbooks offers an all-in-one Accounting, Invoicing, and Payment solution at an affordable price.
- Very easy to use, simple, excellent documentation and technical support. Has a great invoicing capabilities.
- Inventory wtih the option to add photos and ability to connect my bank account are the best parts so far. Integration with a powerful CRM (Method) that does not cost a fortune.
Cons
- It can be a pain when you make a mistake and try to fix it. For some things, there are too many steps to fix the mistake.
- If you switch from the online version to the desktop version, it can be difficult. Also, the data is not automatically backed up so you have a risk of losing your data.
- I don’t think there are any missing features or anything that I dislike about this software.
Pros
- Ability to use it across different platforms all. Whilst having cloud syncing offers good options for our staff to be able to coordinate project estimates easily and effectively.
- Very easy to use, easy to access from anywhere: tablet, desktop, phone or online. Customer service is great and can help you out any time.
- Xacitmate is great for pretty much all trades. It makes it easier and a lot faster to get an estimate out to you customers I definitely recommend it.
Cons
- Everything stinks extremely bad, no longer user-friendly, for Adjuster is that like to write poor estimates.
- Their customer service is horrid. Since the insurance industry uses the application, contractors are stuck using it as well.
- If you aren't aware of the deficiencies you could find yourself short on an estimate. Drywall is severely lacking compared to market value.
