It gets a bit frustrating. I also hate the double authentication because I do not always have my phone with me when I need to get on the software.

Salesforce is a really great product I loved the tools used and tips to help you create sales and serve better for customers.

Salesforce is the best customer relationship management tool in the market right now. The best thing I like about this software is the features.

There is little to be said about cons. I experienced minor trouble when accessing customer support at some point which would probably be the worst of it.

I love using Salesforce. It is very user friendly and helps me be able to track my progress and create a clean pipeline.

Ref IDs are my biggest pet peeve, they don't always work and I've lost emails this way from clients. This leads to a bad consumer experience for everyone involved.

Ease of use and works great for small (that's us) or large companies it blends well with other programs is customizable and tracking is good,  reach out is also very easy to use.

If you could get the innovative nature of Salesforce to your business you would get amazing talent collection to your organizations.

Overall Salesforce is great and can integrate with hundreds of other platforms which makes it an amazing tool to use company wide, not just for sales.

Like I stated before, I was happy about the switch to Salesforce Lightning, but it has turned out to be great. I like that my emails and Talkdesk are integrated into Salesforce as well.

My team members use it in delivering great sales and customer service experience and it has been a great help for all of us.

I like the fact that Salesforce is very flexible and customizable to my taste. It is very user friendly and the functionality is superb.

So popular and so powerful for small business  is contact management, task management, opportunity tracking, collaboration tools, customer engagement tools. Flexible and easy  to use.

The integration with gmail is awesome. Being able to automatically log emails to the appropriate account instantly is such a nice feature.

I like that this platform is easy (for the most part) to use. I also find that the customer support is amazing and always willing to help.

It's also supported by awesome community and the best documentation/support in the business. The Trailblazer community leads the tech industry in training and documentation.

Good for small businesses to assist with their bid management. Definitley better and more robust programs out there but great for simple bid invite management.

In my opinion, In terms of cost, value, ease of use, functionality, effectiveness, customer service and support, and aesthetically, Swiftender is the BEST tendering software on the market.

Easily send hundreds of custom & personalized invites to your most valued subcontractors & suppliers. Easy distribution of project revisions / addendums.

Inability to update live. Have to log off and then log back in.

It's difficult to send special/specific email to certain contractors when requirements are differ for specific disciplines.

You can issue a revision, however, then there are multiple emails going out to the subcontractors, which can get annoying. I believe there is a solution for this being issued in the next update.

Easy to use and straight forward. I like being able to track who has taken plans and is bidding the project.

Swiftender has created a platform that is very clear and easy to use. Very simple to navigate and has all the all of the important features needed while tendering construction projects.

We were not committed to a one year term, we were able to go month-to-month. Ownership/account executives are very responsive.

I like how Swiftender is not trying to monopolize my sub-trades with fees. I like how easy and intuitive the system is for not only my staff but my sub-trades.

The feature we most liked ws the idea that we can choose all of our subcontractors needed to get pricing from, in multiple divisions, and customize the invitation list.

It has saved a TON of time uploaded and re-sending hyperlinks to various trades. This is a one-time task that helps keep everyone on the project on the same page.

I found swift tender very useful for tendering purpose. From selecting division wise trades to sending direct email with just couple of clicks is always very smart.

Swiftender is super easy to use and navigate around. It literally took 15 minutes to completely walk-through the tool before my team had it mastered.

It gives you almost everything what you need for bidding a project except ready sub list. Costumer support is very friendly, responsive and problem solver.

User input requirements for location / the email tends to be flagged as 'Junk' so many uncommon subcontractors seem to miss the invitations if not contacted directly.
