I can now capture invoices that are sent to me in PDF format and it will automatically fill in certain fields for me so that I can now skip those fields when entering and just focus on the coding of the invoice. Also it is very easy to attach check copies to the invoices so then we now have the entire package from invoice to supporting documents to checks online and no more paper files!!! Cons: The thing I like least about this software is attaching copies of invoices we pay online with our credit cards. They should make it like they do with checks.
