Cons: I wish I had more time to get familiar with all of the features available but the 10 day trial period is still enough to see that this is the system for us. If CompanyCam could be integrated with it in future, that would be great, but not a deal-breaker by any means. The tracking of decisions by our client has been super helpful, too. Cons: We continue to have problems that almost always end up being syncing issues. We were never able to use the platform to communicate internally, which unfortunately requires us to keep other apps for that. But, it is workable. CS has abandoned the loyal customer base who helped build the business to what it is today. They have held their customer's data captive and prostituted them by abandoning the desktop platform and forcing the customer to pay ridiculously higher subscription fees. I understand innovation but at the least they could support the old customer base by maintaining, without upgrades, the previous platforms around which many of us built our businesses. Word of caution - expect to be treated the way that CS views you, as a commodity to be exploited not a customer to be appreciated.
