It's easy to understand, but full of smart features that will help us to be excellent in our trade. Having a quality customer service experience, consistently, is also a huge reason I can trust that ConstructionOnline wants us to be successful together. #### Cons I wish I had more time to get familiar with all of the features available but the 10 day trial period is still enough to see that this is the system for us. We've been using Construction Online for about a year now. Coming from another project management software what was no longer being maintained, this platform has been a breath of fresh air. We were assigned a very knowledgeable onboarding person and that has helped make the transition as painless as possible since we are talking with the same person every time for questions and training. We have a wide variety of residential and small commercial projects. The continuous improvements to the software and the good communication regarding what has been rolled out is appreciated. #### Cons The software is pricier than what we had been using but the discounts have made the budget hit transition easier. #### Reasons for choosing ConstructionOnline Construction Online had the most features that work for our commercial side while still having a client portal allowing us to use just 1 system for both residential & commercial. The length of time the software has been in business was also a factor. #### Reasons for switching to ConstructionOnline We never switched to BuilderTrend but CoCon was not in the drop down menu.
