- Another I like is the ability to filter members into groups and send texts to only that group. The user experience is world-class.
- I absolutley love this app. It is super easy to use and I abssolutey love how amazing the customer service is for this app.
Cons
- No app for android devices. Which makes it less convenient than email for anyone who isn't an apple user.
- The sense of urgency to sign up made me feel pressured and so I signed up before I was ready to launch which was stressful as a small founder. I share my feature requests directly with them.
Pros
- Sensitive content hidden] keeps improving on it and it's going to have a huge ROI. I hate subscriptions and prefer to buy or make the applications we use; making HumanBot a very good buy.
- This service is cost effective, easy to setup and easy to use.
Cons
- It's difficult to find cons with the product because no sooner have you found fault than support is pointing to a new feature or upgrade that solves it, to say nothing of the things you've overlooked.
- Limited features: HumanBot is still a relatively new platform, so it doesn't have all of the features that some users might want. For example, there is no way to show images in the chat.
