Very easy to use and they are constantly working to improve the product...we love the new report writer...it's a great help.

We have been able to add all kinds of features, applications, and options to our subscription that have made our use of CMD great.

Some of the extra features don't always work well. Ex: state license verification might not actually run the license so it's frustrating.

It'd be great if CAQH could transfer info over to CMD. Also, to clean up some of the bugs with the auto verifications.

The inability to search for locations in more than one way.

That is helpful to me. I have used MD Staff Before and Echo and CMD is much better in appearance. I like that the feature were designed for a Credentialist.

I love all the functionalities of CMD. Very easy to navigate software and I love how it's all broke into tabs.

May be quicker to skip to con section, but here we go. Software is so user friendly and aesthetically designed to mimic the flow of CAQH which is great for a large provider group such as ours.

Sometimes there are too many options, it can be confusing for the occasional user.

I love the system so much I requested it be purchased as part of my package with my new employer. Reporting, forms, tasking all are easy to use and helps make the onboarding process seamless.

Towards the end of our use. It was really updated and user friendly.

Sorting & column manipulation is a sluggish. This is the only thing I can remotely think of that needs improvement and is certainly no way inhibiting accessing information.

Automated expiration reminders go out with the providers last name first...looks strange in emails received.

There are so many aspects about CredentialMyDoc that positively impacted our business.

My favorite thing about CMD is the customer service, they go above and beyond to take care of me and make sure that their product fits whatever needs I need met.

Ease of use, organizes our info and can provide some, good reporting functions.

The customer service is wonderful. Support is always willing to accept new ideas and implement them.

Being able to keep the providers information in one location and not on multiple spreadsheets has been wonderful. Sending new providers a link to input their own information has been a time saver.

I like the reminders of the expirations of licensing, and other important documents for physicians so that I can keep track of this information and ensure that this it is kept up today.

Inability to link to NPDB. I don't like the fact that we cannot hide fields.

Recently, I have lost information on my provider such as their photos and practice location information.

Lots of customized reports. Customer service is excellent.

I've worked in Asana and Modio & CMD is HANDS down the best (previous software use was with my previous employer before joining Acclaim).

I've been really happy with CredentialMyDoc as it has helped to streamline so many of my daily tasks. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a new credentialing software option.

There are many things I  appreciate about CMD: the ease of use; the Monday morning  status reports (so nothing slips in the cracks...), the price,  Support,  Reports.

This stores a lot of information on your providers. It is easy to find the information  needed quickly.

Web=constant scrolling through the form to be able to see/enter all the information. Inability to see forms on a single page.

Cactus was able to customize the product to suit our needs. Customer support WAS great too.

Symplr - terrible product, terrible customer support.

The mix of the Visual Cactus pieces alongside of the Web Cactus make a lot of the configuration complicated and difficult to troubleshoot. I'm looking forward to the day you have it consolidated.

It helps get the big job of managing all our medical staff information organized and accurate, and it does so in a cost effective way.

I have enjoyed working with the symplr team. They are very customer friendly.

I checked with other users in our Medical Staff Administration department and no one could think of a single complaint.

No one in Ga should waste their time or money.

The product is easy to use one you get it. The integration process took one month since their was a lot of intense training to be provided about the system.

The overall experience has  been favorable with Symplr. They have listed to the client request and have been very accommodating.

The functionality of the database and ease of use in finding things on the screens. The ease of creating easy queries is great.

System integration, better departmental communication, excellent informational tracking and accountability of task completion.

It is difficult to retrieve data specific to our needs at times. We, as of yet, still have not been able to make mail merge work.

I also find flat files more confusing than in Visual Cactus.

Ability to track in Credentialing instances what verifications have been sent out and received. Ability to create widgets on the dashboard and track upcoming expirables is a great feature.

Flexibility to track providers in a variety of scenarios. Queries and documents are very user friendly.

The queries would be my most favorite, able to keep all information in one place and attaching screen shots or pdf are wonderful.

Too much wasted time on the phone and I was told they would get back with me with a resolution and no one ever called me back---very disappointing and poor customer service.

Easy navigation from one thing to another. Great support team and the trainers are excellent.

Missing some fields and have to improvise other fields.
