Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Very easy to use, cool aspect for the user. Professionnal. Quick help wehnelt needed

  • Easy to create the tool / easy to use it The support always answer so quickly

  • Cons

  • There are a couple areas where I wish the platform was more intuitive. There seem to be a couple bugs occasionally with the Program Sessions but the new Paths feature is solving those.

  • It could be great to implement more varied tools to build courses, but the ones already implemented are very good.

  • Pros

  • Excellent customer service and excellent lead quality for live transfers. The support is far superior than any other lead service we have tried in the past.

  • software is easy to use - refunds are quick and easy and the recordings come in handy as well. I like that we can see what is gong on in real time and the account manger is super helpful.

  • Cons

  • The lack of pause function for weekends. It is very easy to adjust the leads down for the weekends but we end up just doing them on Monday as we can't pause them altogether.

  • Not many. Sometimes I get duplicate leads, but they do credit me.
