Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Easy to use and easy to setup, the software is ready direct from installation and the built in reporting and functionality is fantastic.

  • Fantastic product, it's my go to CRM. The best feature is the history I'm able to keep for each contact. Very detailed options and it allows me to accurately track my correspondence.

  • Cons

  • Learning the software has been a little cumbersome but the customer service reps have always been very helpful!

  • A little pricey but worth it once you utilize all its options

  • Pros

  • Easy to use - keeps me logged in - custom fields and formatting - interface is simple and smart making it easy to navigate and find what you are looking for. Reporting is easy to read

  • I really like the fact that it allows you to grow with your development as you learn more about what you are looking for and what you are trying to track .

  • Cons

  • The app can be quirky but that seems to be getting better with updates.

  • Sometimes pipeline can load kind of slow, which can be annoying, but isn't a major issue.
