A flexible and trustworthy marketing automation platform with a world class support team

PROS

3 biggest pros about Agillic: 1) Agillic is a flexible marketing automation platform that can be tailor suited for your business needs. 2) What makes Agillic trustworthy is the way you can ensure that data, segmentation and flows is set up right in an secure sandbox environment. 3) Their support team are very helpful and are quick to respond to your issues and questions

CONS

It is for bigger companies that needs more than an email cannon. The flexibility can also be pretty daunting, so it requires some effort to get into. Some of the UI used to be a bit too complicated, but a complete overhaul of those UI is soon to be released solving that issue.

Easy and innovative platform, with good customer support

Effective omni channel marketing. Reducing resources spend on expensive marketing such as SMS.

Intuitive Forward thinking (implementing artificial intelligence) Great customer service Easy to manage marketing flows

CONS

It takes time to implement it, clearly meant for medium and large scale companies. They are only based in Scandinavia and UK

Promise more than delivered

Hhmmmm...well it seemed nice and intuitive but was not really useful for us

It overpromise on functions and then it is a bit hard to understand/learn to use.
