Great software for sales, very user-friendly solution. Integrated with Salesforce, all calls are logged and recorded.

I've been using Aircall for 3years now, and I am quite satisfied with its simplicity and flexibility. It is easy to set up and sync with other CRM tools like Zendesk, Hubspot, Planhat, etc.

Aircall has a great UX, like that they also have a desktop app and webapp, good integrations as well.

It can be a little confusing to understand the log of calls at first but it's not a deal breaker to using the app.

However, I have used worse before, so I wouldn't discourage someone from trying it out.

We had a great experience with the mac os app. The customer service is great, they answer to the phone quicly and help us when needed.

It is really too bad that they have such a bad sales process because my team really likes their product.

And plus all that, the customer service it's so fast and always help me to solve one or two issues.

Meeting people around the world became easy and cost-effective.

Aircall has a nice user interface which is easy to use.

I tried to dispute the charge but despite having documentation showing we only had 3 users for that month, I was still charged.

Easy to make a call within HubSpot. The dialer is within HubSpot making it feel native which is nice.

Everyone on our staff hated every moment of AirCall. They begged to switch from day one and then everything started going progressively worse.

Some legit emails get marked as spam. If too many are marked as spam you run the risk of getting your account suspended or at times deleted.

And allows for an all in one solution. The reporting is as good as it gets, most of their tools are free and the interface is super easy to use for editing purposes.

Customer support was terrible and when i misunderstood how to use the platform they terminated the relationship because of spam.

It came with free trial which helps to convince my company to use it. It has a great feature  and user interface that helps even any one new to email marketing to start with.

Easy to develop on using API, amazing possibility to up sell products via integrated marketing tools and integrations with e-commerce, brilliant list management features and click tracking.

I was quite frustrated with the fact that I had no assistance at all and it created a bad experience for me as a new user.

This price is outrageous. Also, they do not give you an option to not pay for the features you do not use.

The customization and integration of this software is great. Also, the easy of sending weekly and monthly newsletters is awesome.
