Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • They have a live tech department that can answer questions on the spot, by far their best feature. The price is reasonable. Accounting features didn't work for us, but should for most.

  • Multichannel!!!! BP's full Multichannel support is amazing, and it makes using eBay and Amazon super easy

  • Cons

  • Not cheap. but good value to money compared to other solutions. Can be tricky to set up but the team provide full support.

  • The warehousing side is still a little under developed but this is being worked on No real sell through reporting or reports to help you forecast.

  • Pros

  • I love the features that HoneyBook offers! It’s expedited so many processes with my business and they all elevate the standard to which my business runs!

  • I love that I can have my to-do list ready for me each day and keep all my projects organized.

  • Cons

  • Getting used to it at the beginning like anything else is odd , but after about 3-4 contracts you get used to it and now i cant live without it

  • The only thing I have on my wishlist is more customization for email capture forms. But it certainly is something I’m able to workaround with ease, and not a big concern.
