We like simple. Chatabox is a user-friendly customer relationship management (CRM) solution that is highly scalable for small to medium business including in the financial services sector and other business sectors and is coupled with automation features to assist with contact management, client management, client structures and investment profiles, customisable dashboard reporting and gives the ability to undertake task management activities for clients like updating contact details, creating marketing campaigns, adding appointments, sales monitoring, payments and collections, quotes and proposals, invoicing and more all through one centralised location.

Chatabox also helps users create and share multiple projects with teams and add public and private notes, customisable forms, predefined templates and reports, data synchronization, a drag-and-drop interface, data import, audit logs, client database, invoice management, electronic signatures and more. Teams can search emails, documents, and calendar items using the built-in search functionality. Additionally, enterprises can collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and store files in a centralised data repository for...

Chatabox's client centric tools allows users to stay on top of things like to upload documents and files, assign tasks for a client all in one central location, set user levels and categories, run workflows on contacts, run a help desk system and investor profiles, manage and link investor profiles and fields and tasks can be made client centric. There are also integration capabilities that comes standard in our Pro and Enterprise versions that include MailChimp, Google calendar and Outlook calendar to allow users to undertake email marketing and manage client meetings from Chatabox. This way, there is no need to switch browsers saving a user time and to allow them to spend more time with their clients. Chatabox, additionally, interfaces to other Werkflo software applications so that there are no time delays in using our Regtech products, document population tool and our AML/CTF solution for money laundering verification. Pros:

This is the most cost-effective option. It has a beautifully designed UX and reasonably straightforward software, making it incredibly easy for new staff to master it quickly. Tons of customization to satisfy the demands of most smaller to mid-sized enterprises. It certainly does assist us in monitoring our prospects to continue to advance them through to the sales funnel, converting them into customers. Then it helps us handle such connections successfully.

Cons:

I discovered that it needs improvement by monitoring leads as they go from one conversation to the next before making a sale. We're attempting to find out the best approach to monitoring such information, and I think something should be introduced to aid that.

Its extensive features and simple layout, coupled with its value for money, makes it one of the pre-eminent CRM providers.

Cons:

The invoice template could have slightly more company information, such as the ABN details.

Cons:
