Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Works as expected. Easy to configure and is very intuitive.

  • Very customizable, and no coding!! Easy to use

  • Cons

  • The software is lacking in visual design. It's functional but getting information to be readable and look good is very hard and takes quite a bit of work in the dashboard manager.

  • The UI is somewhat dated but still functional. Their web-based console (for technicians) has about 90% the functionality of the thick client.

  • Pros

  • good product in good price, czech language, good support, easy work on this software, easy orientation during work

  • Very flexable and works great with outlook. I love the ability to have multiple devices access the database as well as my mobile phone.

  • Cons

  • Out of the box reporting is a bit limited, relational hierarchy can be a bit tricky to get your head around at first, however has some excellent advantages once you do

  • Can be confusing. Some of the better features are not obvious.
