  • Pros

  • Very happy with the Chime AI so far it has been more effective than the YLOPO AI with prequalifying our leads.
  • Chime is very easy to use and navigate on a daily basis.
  • Cons

  • I found the option to deposit but, at a fee of 4.95 per deposit which can be costly.
  • Extremely poor customer service. If working within a team the admin recieves more features than the rest of the team.

  • Integrating many data sources through one simple connection. Easy to use UI with excellent customer service.
  • Ease of use and the control you have of the platform data. A ton of options to deliver actionable reports.
  • Cons

  • I think it's expensive, which can be hard to justify for some.
  • The only item that was a struggle for us was really an internal issues which Improvado assisted us in navigating.
