  • Pros

  • I like Clientary because it's easy to use, and I can customize it to fit your business needs. It helps me save time by doing tasks like scheduling appointments and entering data automatically.
  • It is very easy tool to manage invoicing and bills, track client activities, Notifications and also manage the data on the same platform. Super effective software for handling all client activities.
  • Cons

  • Ctrl + clicking on links does not open them in a new tab. This is rather annoying when I want to open a half dozen invoices in new tabs.
  • Recent upgrades have made me concerned that they will suffer because an app adds so many capabilities that it ceases to be a valuable, straightforward device.

  • Mailchimp is super easy to use and was a breeze to set up. Everything was very straight forward and the user interface is very nice.
  • I liked that I had never used any type of service like this before and it made it very simple for my husband and I to reach out to folks who were interested in our business.
  • Cons

  • Some legit emails get marked as spam. If too many are marked as spam you run the risk of getting your account suspended or at times deleted.
  • Customer support was terrible and when i misunderstood how to use the platform they terminated the relationship because of spam.
