  • Functionality that rivals enterprise players Easy navigation and use Good customer support Affordable no restrictions

  • Easy searchable fields are super helpful in looking up accounts and clients. Other than not, not much else.

  • Cons

  • A bit difficult to learn, but well worth the effort. Changing templates after updates to the products has presented us with unique challenges which were overcome through customer support.

  • In the original product, the synchronization of the desktop database could sometimes hiccup, although with the web version, this is no longer a problem.
