We needed something to keep track of complaints and Complaints Pro was everything we needed.

PROS

It's very important to us to keep strong relationships with our customers and Complaints Pro helps us very much. It's very easy to be able to put everything into this program for our team to review and look back on at a later time.

CONS

As time goes on, I believe Complaints Pro will continue updating their software. Some new updates would be fantastic!
