Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Copper is the best CRM I have used. The fact it integrates with Google is amazing. The service has been great and it is very customizable

  • I like that it works quickly out of the box, and the strong integrations with Google Apps.

  • Cons

  • some of the reporting is limited, or not as easy to generate out of the box. Work with account manager is helpful here.

  • The mobile app is a little slow sometimes but I am sure the Prosperworks team is working on it. Other than that, it can be expensive for larger teams.

  • Pros

  • I really like the ease of use and the ability to change pipelines with ease.

  • Software is very easy to set up, easy to customize, outstanding customer service and very inexpensive.

  • Cons

  • It does what it needs to, but the UI is a bit dated and could be more modern. But, it does what it sets out to do.

  • Other that its not the most pleasing CRM program on the eyes, there's no real cons. The price is right and the product solid!
