Does a good job, no complaints
We use Coveo in our organization and integrated it with our knowledge-centered support. It's fairly simple and straightforward to implement. We have a ton of data in Salesforce and Coveo does a decent job of indexing them for search and knowledge base purposes.
PROSThis product integrates seamlessly with Salesforce giving a positive user experience. The results are fast, mostly relevant, and easy to understand. It allows a decent level of customizations and makes it flexible enough to achieve your specific business needs. With Coveo, I feel that our ticketing system offers better customer experience to the users and also helps with some case avoidance.
CONSSometimes, it gives an impression that the search results are not always relevant. The sorting and filtering options can be improved.

Coveo has been a good solution for our enterrise search solution
Its been good with the support team and the product, we are now waiting for the new release to be live so that we can upgrade coveo.
