DealHub - a product and team that simply delivers

We needed a unified proposal process that synced data to our CRM system, which then helped kick off an automated order-to-cash process to NetSuite. All of this starts with DealHub.

PROS

The team across the board is fantastic. From the initial sales process to onboarding, to continued support, everyone at DealHub has been a pleasure to work with. They are by far my favorite tool and company we work with.

CONS

It can sometimes be fairly technical to set up behind the scenes.

Best on G2 and at a great price.

Reasons for switching to DealHub

PandaDoc wasn't a real CPQ. We needed to integrate contract and line item data in our CRM to kick off our order-to-cash process.

Capable product at a great value.

It's capable like other enterprise-grade systems, but is a much better value.

CONS

I can't do anything, so there are some limitations we've run into.

HubSpot's quoting tool is not flexible at all.

Moved off of Salesforce to HubSpot.

DealHub has it all

Great team and customer support - they are proactive at getting you the help you need to get yourself up and running - and most importantly you can self maintenance.

PROS

Easy flexible tool that allows us to build our business into a CPQ tool with minimal difficulty. There hasn't been a situation where i wasn't able to build what was required into the tool. New improvements coming every month making things better and faster.

CONS

Account Management does require a bit more investment in preparation and configuring the back end if you use external tools for finance

Reason for choosing DealHub

Could deliver everything required, put their money where their mouth was and was confident that that could deliver

Valooto is easy to use inside Salesforce.

PROS

Valooto is seamless when creating a quote or order form with multiple drop down options and different formats.

CONS

Valooto is very tricky to change quotes that have already expired or sent out, sometimes the limits for discounting can make it hard to use.
