eSalesTrack is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) solution designed for small and midsize companies. Primary features include sales pipelines, salesforce automation, marketing automation, real-time reporting and analytics.

Other features include contact management, opportunity management, product management, quota management, activity management, task management, sales forecasting and analytics. It includes a dashboard to monitor contacts and activities using which organizations can make informed decisions regarding sales processes and lead handling procedures.

The sales force automation allows customers to automate sales processes and helps manage customer communication. It provides a 360-degree view of customers and team members. Users can generate real-time reports of campaign progress, conversion rates and sales.

eSalesTrack is also available in a mobile edition that allows sales representatives to manage accounts, leads, communications and reports using tablets and smartphone devices. Customer support is offered via email and over the phone.

More than a CRM

Pros: This group helped us build and automate a realistic sales strategy that actually works. Most CRM products I've used in the past force you to use their pre-staged features. These folks know sales first, then can help you automate your teams.
