Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • Google Contacts became much important for everyone nowadays, it has the brilliant option that everyone can save their contacts by availing this option.
  • They have saved my bacon more than once, especially when it comes to switching phones. The quick restore once I sign in to my account is a godsend.
  • I love how accesible It is and that it is super easy to use and to explain to others in the work environment.
  • Cons

  • They're never leaving you alone now, and they will be "openly" deceitful about it, but at least you have 971 more people to complain to that about.
  • You can't also edit (at least) the name and surname of your contact, so you lost context when you have to change to another page.
  • All of this reasoning is why I have not much to report on the negative front in regards to this particular software.

  • Our organization expects to increase revenues by 20% this year just by implementing this tool. We're very excited to see what the future will bring, and we're really happy with our partnership so far.
  • The Sales opportunity pipeline was also very useful and allowed me to know exactly where the opportunity was, as well as next steps to move the Sales opportunity forward.
  • Contacts are managed better and there is more business opportunity. Our sales team is more managed and follows up on clients, we can see all communication with everybody, it is effective.
  • Cons

  • But at the end of the day, there was always something missing, like reporting, no support for call center sales activities, no integration to 3rd party tools, bad UI &UX and so on.
  • Not the easiest to navigate, I had problems setting up my phone. Interface could be more modern styled.
  • It is not a on premise solution and there is no off-line option.
