HaystackCRM is a cloud-based customer relationship management tool for small and midsize businesses that features dedicated mobile apps for iOS and Android devices. HaystackCRM also offers email integration, geolocation of clients, opportunity management and more.
Users can import new or existing contacts from a mobile device or manually. HaystackCRM offers a “Who's Near Me” feature, which uses geolocation to identify nearby contacts. Contacts in the system can be categorized by value, stage, status and temperature. Users can also add custom tags to contacts or companies, and tags can be searched later to generate lists of specific contacts.
Users can create quotes, manage product catalogs and portfolios, manage events and include contacts with events. HaystackCRM sends alerts to remind users of upcoming events, and the activity stream lets users view recent changes.
Support is offered via email and over the phone. Pricing is per user per month.

As a person that has never used a CRM before, I mainly wanted to start by organizing my large stack of business cards. I was discouraged from doing so because I would have to enter all the information manually. If I knew more about how Haystack could help my small business I would have taken the time to do so. I think I will go back and look at the product videos to help me fully utilize the platform.
I like how simplistic and easy to use the user interface is. I also like that I can create multiple accounts under one name.
