HaystackCRM also offers email integration, geolocation of clients, opportunity management and more. Users can import new or existing contacts from a mobile device or manually. HaystackCRM offers a "Who's Near Me" feature, which uses geolocation to identify nearby contacts. Contacts in the system can be categorized by value, stage, status and temperature. Users can also add custom tags to contacts or companies, and tags can be searched later to generate lists of specific contacts. Users can create quotes, manage product catalogs and portfolios, manage events and include contacts with events. HaystackCRM sends alerts to remind users of upcoming events, and the activity stream lets users view recent changes. Support is offered via email and over the phone. Pricing is per user per month.
