Help Desk Premier

I would highly recommend this product.

Pros

The application had all the features I needed at a very budget friendly price. It is very easy to navigate and train new technicians on. The combination of the views and escalation features let us set up simple and complicated rules easily.

Cons

We had to enter our assets manually due to there not being an automated inventory module with the product.

Help Desk needs no help

Pros

That its cloud based and I can access it anywhere. Customers can just go online and to our website making it easier to use.

Cons

It would be very handy if the user could set custom folders and fields for specific or non specific jobs.
