  • Pros

  • HelpCrunch was my choice after a long search, and I am so glad I did. The ease of use is extraordinary, and I am thrilled with the help I have received.
  • The integration is easy, the features are complete for a wide range of uses, and - what i appreciate the most - the support team is amazing: quick, responsive and totally helpful.
  • Good solid connections with customers. Feel comfortable to know they have received some information.
  • Cons

  • I can't think of anything that I dislike at this time.
  • Refused to allow me to cancel, even though I attempted to do so on the renewal date, and even though their app isn't working, so I can't respond to customers through the app.
  • I have a really hard time staying logged in when I'm on a desktop and a laptop. It requires to log in anew constantly.

  • The ability to now expand on the simplicity of the product that we began with, will open up even more opportunities for our sales people.
  • We are very excited and pleased with our decision to move to LeadMaster and look forward to a long term successful relationship.
  • When we have a question, the answers are provided immediately. It is a great tool and a great service.
  • Cons

  • Likewise, if these things are not addressed prior to setup, you can end up with a mess of useless data and reports.
  • If your data is a mess, they can only do so much to organize it for you.
  • We have tried using if for a few years now for about 1% of our staff. The main problem with it is if you change one thing, the system does not update the other parts of the program.
