Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Easy of use, fast, great support, lots of new features almost every week

  • Easy to use, easy on the eyes, super functional.

  • Cons

  • - it takes a little getting use to, but it's the learning curve isn't bad at all

  • Lacks some sales process parts but there are workarounds. Search has gotten slow now that we have 20,000 prospects.

  • Pros

  • I love the mobile app and computer interface. I like the automatic call log feature it makes it easy to keep and track info in an even more efficient manner.

  • The software is extremely easy to set up, manage and learn. Also the Philosophy of the entire company speaks to me very well. At the same time their service is responsive and fast!

  • Cons

  • There really is nothing not to like about the product. It would be nice if it had more pre-defined integration's with other products, but that will come over time.

  • It is hard to add notes or record follow up notes to a lead. We've been adding them to the lead description, but it would be nice to add notes with a calendar drop down.
