Must have CRM for Office 365 users

Pros

I use iGlobe CRM everyday with it's amazing integration to my Office package and especially Outlook works better than ever. It help us to create and track both prospects and customers with an userfriendly innovative interface. Direct PowerBI integration provide us with professional KPI's both in figures and graphics. The iGlobe team is always helpfull in support matters and they continuously come out with new features that makes the product better.

Cons

We use Microsoft Teams and hope soon to see integration to this product as well. This will help our product, marketing and development department.

iGlobe is dead simple to use

It is a product built on SharePoint technology. So it is not a perfect fit for large organizations as there are size limitations. However, any company using SharePoint will find it easy to customize. You can leverage any of MS Power Apps including Power BI to create reports. There are a ton of great little features that are well thought out.

Pros

Since it is built for SharePoint Online, iGlobe CRM offers great benefits. For example, it integrates with my current infrastructure, users don't have learn a new tool, documents are stored in SharePoint, and it has been designed to quickly get your job done. The biggest benefit is the iGlobe Outlook Addins. I love the idea of not having to go into the CRM to create a new Note. From my Outlook Client (web, desktop or mobile), I can file emails, add notes and so on. Simple and intuitive.

Cons

Installing the software is a bit of a chore. Because it is mounted on top of our SharePoint environment, you require Global Admin access to get the site collection built, and addins deployed. You can configure quite a bit, but you need to know SharePoint to create new Lists, and items. There are no security levels. If you are in the CRM you can see everything. For more advance features, you will need to get the vendor's assistance.

I am already paying for Office365 and I use a lot of SharePoint. It just makes my life easier. One vendor, to deal with.

Dynamics is way too complicated. I just wanted something simple.
