The email system is really poor with no hard integration just a forwarding system that doesn't really cut the mustard.

If you have a problem with Insightly, it will likely not be fixed.

I love the app version, and I am able to connect Insightly with other apps. It offers great value for the product, and customer support is good, and responsive.

Insightly it a wonderful software with an ease of use. Very grateful for this integration and organization.

The software graphics were somewhat childish initially, but they have updated the graphics over time.

We are still in the trial process, I couldn't find much things to dislike. Maybe pricing should be more flexible in terms of the needed features.

Had all the Crm and database features you could want. Good training and onboarding process and good pricing.

The lack of customer service is what lost them the sale.

Selected this software for a client and they love it. The dashboard is appealing and contact management is quite easy to navigate.

In short I would say all these features are good enough to maintain my workflow in a very stunning way.

How can you call yourself Customer Relationship Management if you can not manage email communication. Finally, beware the have a no refund policy.

It has the ability to create reports on a whim. Price is fair for the functionality and ability to customize to fit your industry's needs.

You need to watch it first their tutorial if beginner because you might confuse while using it.

The only thing I can think of is it does show a bit of a lag when it processes large amounts of data.

Insighty is super easy to use. Being able to set tasks to know who you are chasing/following up means that it's all in one place and you do not have to depend on your outlook calender.

With the help of this am able to track all my deliverables as well to make my customers satisfied from its amazing efficiencies and also helps in the better growth of my business.

The drag and drop functionality seems a little more difficult than say other similar drag and drop functions like Tableau.

It was functional after frustration because of lack of support.

It is quite pricey for the intended market and the lack of office integration is a no no.

I like how easy it is to integrate Insightly with other software that I use, like Google Apps. This makes messaging easy.

It was easy to use and setup. I like that it was integrated with G Suites, which is how I found out about it in the first place.

So i got charged instantly with even having a trial which seems a very odd way to go about things in my opinion.

We've noticed that it does not automatically refresh notes entered which may just be a first world problem but is frustrating when working on a team.

To make it worse, Insightly has very weak customer service. You don't hear back from them for 24 hours and even then they use a help service that is full of noise and hard to follow.

In general I really like Insightly and would consider buying it, it is very easy to use and the customisation is amazing.

It has allowed us to successfully  engage  our working relationships with the clients in a more reliable way. I have also been performing project management tasks with this tool.

Overall, the CRM product has been a great business tool for everyday use. I would certainly recommend it to a business if they can afford the price point.

I liked that it was easy to search for our clients, but that was less easy after they did the big overhaul of the software.

Easily the most difficult aspect of the software is the inability to change certain core features. Specifically, the inability to add more than one email address (e.g., add a secondary).

Customer support staff of this platform is helpful enough to make all my queries worthy enough to be solved at the moment.

We use it through mobiles, laptops, personal computers likewise we synchronize data through many other applications like Gmail and office 365. It is playing a great role in our organization.

The customer support has been amazing. Very quick and helpful - installed this app on 3 different theme versions - and they were helpful and nice each time.

Very difficult to find where each of the settings are set.

It has also been great working with their support team to better fit their product for our site.

Editing and integration are easy to do. And if you're not tech-savvy, you can request them to do the integration for you, and they are fast with it.

The platform is easy to understand we were able to save so much money switching to Growave for loyalty, wishlist, and reviews.

It does so many amazing things. As with any app, we needed a bit of customization for our Shopify shop and the support team were ON IT.

In fact, I have even been able to go a few more layers deep on the customization because of their very nice, knowledgeable, and super helpful designers, integrators, etc.

Support team are really good, quickly resolving issues.

The number of times they have gone over and beyond to assist me and my team with integration issues we have had as none of us are developers.

None that I can find, Growave has solved our problems and then some.

The app is really useful if you need any of its features, like an Instagram gallery on your webshop, a reward system or a wishlist.

They love a challenge so don't be afraid to ask them to update a piece of code on your site. They are totally honest and transparent and offer good value for money.

Growave is really, super awesome. I am so happy with this app.

It got a little confusing with their login box and the one native to shopify but we worked it out.

The overall product is really great with lots of cool bells & whistles.

The ability to manage rewards, reviews and wishlists in one place makes so much sense. It works great on our site and looks great too.

I am super grateful to be able to work with the Growave team and the level of joy and support they bring me and my team every day.

This left me with Loyalty Lion, or Growave for options in terms of a loyalty points app that can be embedded in its own dedicated page or menu.

Everything works great, the backoffice is very easy to handle and understand and the customer service is awesome.

Love the software and the support we were given with. Pretty much fulfilled all our requirements and the ongoing support we receive is outstanding.

Not to mention this app package provide also an excellent price-quality ratio among the all available alternatives. But the most important advantage of this app is the support team.
