Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Insightly was very easy to use and had a number of great features. The UI was very practical and easy on the eye..

  • Easy to use, the free version is pretty robust, and there is no “click here to upgrade” clickbait. The iphone and iPad app is really good even on the free version.

  • Cons

  • i really dont have a dislike except for the pricing- but it accomplishes what i need it for

  • It's useful but overall we found it wasn't "easy" enough to use and it wasn't adopted consistently among everyone in our Company.

  • Pros

  • Great program, easy to understand and very flexible

  • The customer service is amazing and fast. I appreciate their flexibility in working with me and my needs.

  • Cons

  • It has a few sync bugs, but they're always working to fix these.

  • It was somewhat cumbersome to add a new client, yet they have fixed the issue. I would like a more modern monthly newsletter template.
