A must have, for mobile account management.
InSitu Sales offers an outstanding software at a great price. The customer service is outstanding! We run and organize most aspects of our business from mobile billing, account info, routing, sales history and have it all sync with QuickBooks. After our old software was no longer being supported, the switch to InSitu Sales has helped to make us more efficient while providing the customer a detailed, professional invoice.
PROSThe customer service is outstanding! [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and his team truly care about making sure the software is doing exactly what you need it to do. The ability to customize certain aspects to work with the way we do business. The affordability of this software simply can't be beat.
CONSThe time to make certain changes in the software can be lengthy. Need more personal training on how to use new features in the system.

Great solution for starters
InSitu provided us a great comfort to setup b2b sales web site, track sales and communicate with customers.
PROSCustomer service is outstanding. We are a multi-continent company that uses many different time zones. No matter when i have a question or stuck at some point live help was there to solve it out.
CONSMore customization options for the b2b web site would be cool. As they consantly improve, more features will be available I believe.
Reason for choosing inSitu Sales
I tried at least 3 different alternatives i even could not remember their names. They were just not easy to set up. Insitu was there to help.
Reasons for switching to inSitu Sales
It was too complicated to use, too expensive and they did not help to sort it out.

Horrible Customer service and app had many flaws.
No support and false advertising of app capabilities.
PROSOnly the invoicing can be added departments.
CONSIt is truly an app that needs a lot of fixes and through the years has been a frustrating experience to get to point A to point B in a lap of 4 years still working on the same flaws with no accurate resolutions.

BEST OPTION FOR OUTSIDE SALES REP
It's been an absolute game changer allowing us to move this business from an outdated, unorganized process into a modern and streamline system with much better communication between office and reps. I have never had such good customer service as we have had with Steven. It's stellar!
PROSIt syncs perfectly with Quickbooks so our outside sales reps can easily see inventory. Steven has been the absolute best with customer service, onboarding and even follow up long after his initial job is completed!
CONSIf an order is placed in house, it sometimes doesn't sync with the reps app so doesn't show accurate balance for customer's account.

It was not linked to our quickbooks, only our website. It did not allow reps to collect money and completely mixmatched our customers names with their business name on our website creating havoc!

Very happy with this software!
I would highly recommend (and have already) this software for a company that requires multiple department communication and accessibility for sales transactions.
PROSAs a self distributing micro brewery, there are many functions to executing the sale and delivery of our products to customers. Before we started with Insitu, we were utilizing approximately 3 different platforms to perform one transaction for our sales team. InSitu has helped increase our sales team efficiency and daily workflow with having everything we need in one place.
CONSThere are a few hiccups in the software that we have experienced, however the InSitu customer service has been impeccable with resolving our issues. [sensitive content hidden] is a great resource for us to have communication with and works diligently to respond to our questions and navigation when we do come across an issue.

Our sales team needed access to critical accounting information when out in the field as well as live inventory of products to perform and execute top notch customer service.
