My experience has been awesome so far! When I started this process in the back of my mind I wanted to eventually develop my own solutions in-house. That thought has been thrown out to sea since. I honestly can't wait for what the future holds with Symphony. I am a highly analytical and hypercritical user. If I think there's room for improvement I provide feedback. I'm probably their most chatty partner, and they welcome it all because of their insatiable hunger for improvement. They take everything into consideration and no idea is shut down. If it makes sense and can benefit the ecosystem, they get it done!
Every CRM is only as good as it's team, and the team at Integra Touch is world class. I've worked with several other providers and none come close to the value proposition offered in Symphony. They show you that they care about your goals, your vision, and most importantly you as a person. They are highly talented, detail oriented, customer focused, and passionate. Those intangibles are what will continue to evolve Symphony in the spirit of it's partners and what will keep Integra Touch in business and growing for many years to come.
