A live chat module is included in the solution. Users can engage new customers and provide live support for existing customers. Chat windows are customizable and an offline mode is offered.
Interakt offers services on a monthly subscription basis that includes support via FAQs and through an online helpdesk.
I find this tool very helpful for all my customer engagement needs. One of the best tools when it comes to E-mail Marketing, Customer Support.

I've been using Interakt for a year now and I find this tool so very helpful for all my customer engagement needs. If you talk about Lead / User Management, Order data management, E-mail Automation, E-mail Marketing, Customer Support via Live Chat or Helpdesk and even Notifications for my website.
I couldn't find such a tool in such less pricing. (Btw, I'm on the free plan).
For me, Powerful E-mail Automation, Smart Notifications and smooth Live-Chat.

A perfect package in alternate to other platforms for which I had to integrate 3 different tools for almost 10 times the price, but here I have everything at one place.
