  • Pros

  • It has excellent tools for order control, it is a great help for the company's logistic department, it is easy to use and very customizable.
  • It's super easy to use and extremely functional. Whenever we need assistance with something, the support team is super helpful and fast.
  • Cons

  • Whenever I have a problem, which is rarely, the fix is quick. The only time I can't relax is when the site goes down, occasionally, usually a server problem.
  • Occasional problems with KB articles not being editable after creation.
  • Pros

  • The product is easy to use and I really enjoyed being able to use the calendar tracking. I also like the feature of setting up post in advance.
  • Fantastic email integration and good tools CRM like to recruit prospects and find new talent.
  • Cons

  • They system picks random images and matches them with sentence fragments that make no sense. The tracking is extremely flawed and cannot be confirmed in any way.
  • It's embarrassing to be in front of a customer and for it to take more than 1 minute for the app to load, and sometimes it takes much longer than that.
