Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Very details and easy to use. Getting around the menu are easily labeled. You are able to use it to log time.

  • Very flexible tool, very useful in seeking assistance especially to our IT team, very simple and user friendly

  • Cons

  • JIRA is a very helpful and useful program, that is unfortunately still lacking on the design side of the spectrum.

  • It's JIRA, it's not the most aesthetically pleasing tool, but it does what it advertises and help us more easily manage our tickets.

  • Pros

  • This is the best software I have seen for one on one service providers and it is easy to set up and use.

  • I like the easy navigation and mobile app. It's very easy to create invoices, appointments, and communicate with my clients because the app is mobile.

  • Cons

  • Vcita works great, but I think they are no longer connected with Wix. I'm utilizing Vcita for FREE at this time, but at some point, I'll have to pay.

  • Minor bugs with the App Version that do not translate over to the PC Version. Otherwise, I have not experienced any "cons" that are beyond the learning curve of new software.
