Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Very details and easy to use. Getting around the menu are easily labeled. You are able to use it to log time.

  • Easy to use, nice UI, simple but at the same time very powerful. Queses and processes are extremely flexible.

  • Cons

  • Lack of UI customization features but not critical. Satisfaction reports are a bit limited but not critical either.

  • JIRA is a very helpful and useful program, that is unfortunately still lacking on the design side of the spectrum.

  • Pros

  • It is easy to understand and the shortcuts is very helpful

  • It's very easy and intuitive to use! I am not a computer whiz, and I can navigate this very easily.

  • Cons

  • I wish they had more options of combining the support and sales features on a smaller plan but the all in one plan is great.

  • I wish I could move columns according to what I'd like to see when performing a search. Sometimes when filling a field it takes too long to save. Other than that, it's awesome.
