It wasn't designed for telephone sales and was hard to build accurate statistical reports.

If your data is a mess, they can only do so much to organize it for you.

Pricing is actually accessible for smaller companies. The support is excellent, with very helpful technicians who do a LOT to provide guidance, information, and service.

One difficulty is to remember that when updating the specific fields, many times the update has to occur in two locations.

My main issue is the lack of integrations. You can connect via Zapier to just about anything, but that can expensive.

I had not seen anything like it before. What you had to use 3-4 different softwares for I could now do with one and on top of that a bunch of other well thought out functions.

I'm a sucker for good design so it's always pleasant to use a nice looking service.
